Wait a week and if you haven't received a working key by then, mark it as didn't receive.

But make sure you haven't accidentally already redeemed it yourself first.

There have been a lot of threads with key problems recently...

and mark it as not received, contact the person who gave it away to you and if he doesn't abide then that sucks :|

Contact the gifter and let him know. He might not be aware that he sent you a bad key.

If you can't resolve it with him, just wait the mandatory 7 days and mark the gift as not received.

Go to view won and you can unmark as recived there.
