That's morbidly hilarious because y'know... all of Hornet's are dead.

The same thing I always long for - Bloodborne for PC.

Not sure what Steam (w/ Drops) means, but maybe it's what you're talking about.

I don't think so. It used to be advertised a lot on Steam in the previous week, and announced on gaming sites.
I can't find anything anywhere so unless it's now a secret, I'd say it's not current.
You're right, the wording here is suspicious but I suspect it might just be a copy/paste from previous years

i'd say that's probably just some emoticons, profile backgrounds, frames and/or avatars tbh. not like it hasn't happened before

As far as announcements go, I expect Naughty Dog will be making one regarding their new IP. I expect to see something from Kojima. And we might even get a Witcher 4 and Mass Effect 4 announcement as well. And will we see something Elder Scrolls related? Maybe.
Beyond that, Bloodborne of course. :)

Naughty Dog, Bethesda highly expected, but not Witcher 4. People from CD Project said that after how it went with Cyberpunk, gamers won't get details/trailers at this stage of development (just entered proper production) . Kojima will be there, so also expected.
Edit: Well, The Witcher 4 got the trailer.

Tyler McVicker (aka ValveNewsNetwork) reported that there are rumors about Valve making a big unexpected announcement (guess not so unexpected anymore xd) but, like most Valve fans, i'd be extremely doubtful of that...

You're right, Valve fans expect that every year after 2011 (Portal 2). No Half life/ Portal fan believes rumors anymore. It would be nice even if they announce some new IP, as long as it's also single player and non VR too. Guess it's not the proper show for new hardware presentation (new VR stuff).

The way I hear it, they are working on a better and more accessible version of the Steambox as well as making Big Picture mode accessible/more accessible to other companies such as Asus who don't necessarily use Linux.

They're announcing the final DLC character for the first season of Tekken 8, and I'm betting on it being Tifa due to the precedent set by Noctis from FF15 being in Tekken 7 and them turning FF7R into an entire trilogy lol
Also partially hoping for something new from Valve with the only evidence I have being the promotional stunt of basically remastering Half Life for free for the anniversary.

Witcher 4 and Persona 6, hopefully! Though I highly doubt it.

I have high hopes for Half-Life 3 announcement...

This is the 10th anniversary of the show and they probably will try to make it special for gamers with some "world premiere" trailers. Do you expect anything "exciting" to be announced? Like something with 3 from Valve, the new Tomb Raider or Starcraft 3 (I know, kind of early for that)?
What would you like to see announced there?
Edit 2:
Newly announced games:
The Witcher 4
Elden Ring Nightreign
Project: Robot - Reveal Trailer (Studio Behind Ico & Shadow of the Colossus)

Intergalactic: The Heretic Prophet - the new Naughty Dog game - Playstation game
One of the highlights, Larian (Baldur's Gate 3) CEO Swen Vincke criticizing the greedy aspect of the game industry, the way the suits treat the concept of gaming. Watch it here.
Edit:
