Based on my current feedback score, I'm only able to post up to 3 additional gifts in one giveaway, yet I've seen people who have joined after me, have given less away and have "percent received by users" at 100%, just like me, but are able to give more than 3 copies of a game. could someone explain to me how that works? How would i be able to raise my feedback score?

I guess it has to do with all your giveaways being private. Thus I assume only received public giveaways pump up the gift cap.

it would seem you are right. sadly this means i have to do public giveaways or stay at a measly 3 -__-

Unless someone else knows for sure, like a mod perhaps?

I remember being at 5 at which point I made 4 DLC giveaways. After they were finished and received my cap increased to 7. The only correlation I see, which by the way can be completely wrong, is 5 wins 12 public giveaways, 12 - 5 = 7.

if that were the case i would be able to give 23 copies in one raffle as opposed to 3.

well imagine it like this

it gain a higher feedback score on this website you need to maintain a perfect 100% whilst gifting more and more games

as the number of games gifted increase along with your 100% rating the more magical e-points you collect

ive gifted about $660 in games so far and have a perfect 100% so im pretty sure thats not it

I think the reason is because of the humble bundles and trolls making 20+MW3 giveaways

it's there to protect the users and prevent huge floods
