Need some help to buy with VPN

Hi,
I wanna buy Naruto with a russian VPN, but i dont know how i need to proceed

1)
Login in my current country (France) add money in wallet then login with vpn and buy with my current wallet ?

or
2)
login directly with fake country and buy with my Credit card ?
