What do you think?
Tiny Tank - Ever want to be an adorable, murderous tank? Live the dream, my friend. Live the dream.
ESPN Extreme Games - Not amazing but for some reason I had a lot of fun with it
Jumping Flash - Thank you for making me think of PS1 games and remembering this! I loved this game so much back when.
Robo Pit - Silly robot arena fun. Use a pair of lips that sucks your opponents in and pair it with a high damage sword. Pelt your enemy from long range with dual crossbows while you bounce around on a spring loaded foot that propels you ridiculously high into the air. There's a lot of bizarre fun to be had in this game.
Wipeout XL - Even better than the original Wipeout
G Darius - Capturing enemy ships was the second best thing about this game, especially since you could even snag some of the bigger enemies. The BEST part was turning your captured minion into a hyper beam and then firing your hyper beam into a boss's hyper beam which would make yours even bigger. With some bosses you could get up to like a 5x counter beam that covered most of the screen. It was glorious.
Warhawk - The acting was god awful but the gameplay was a lot of fun. Actually I played it as much to laugh at the acting as I did to enjoy the gameplay.
Twisted Metal - Even though I'm linking TM 1 I completely recommend any of the TM games except 3. TM 2 might be the best though.
Cybersled - Kind of a basic game by today's standards so I might be entirely blinded by nostalgia but this was a lot of fun back in the day.
Armored Core - Build your own robot with the weapons you want and kill all the things! How much better can it get? There's a reason this game spawned so many sequels.
Tobal No 1 - A curious and fun mix of a fighting game and a dungeon crawler(?) from Akira Toriyama of Dragonball fame.
Final Fantasy Tactics - Do yourself and me a favour and play this game. Unless you loathe RPGs or tactical games, you'll love this. The potential for creativity is ridiculous. There are so many builds and team compositions possible that I can still play the game again and find something new to try.
Tenchu Stealth Assassins - Be a stealthy ninja! Possibly the second best thing after being an ahsum robot!
Defcon 5 - Funny as it may sound, this game is the only game to ever actually scare me. It's not scary in the usual sort of horror kind of way. It's the way everything just gets worse and worse and worse. You start off just trying to get things up & running. It's not long before the baddies show up. You're safe for a little while because the station has four turrets that can run automatically. But the enemies never stop coming. Eventually some of them land. Systems start taking damage. The transport stops working so you can't quick travel to critical locations. Turrets run out of ammo or are destroyed. Even killing the baddies is a bad idea because their blood is a poisonous gas that will make that area deal damage to you when you walk through it for a while. You'll have to spend a lot of time looking through computer menus which blocks out your vision of what's going on around you. For a while that's ok but eventually the computer's warning system is disabled so that you won't even know one of the baddies is on you until you hear the sound of them hitting you. Everything slowly goes to hell and you're right in the middle of it just trying to GTFO. Man it's nerve wracking after a while. You'll feel the pressure of trying to survive under increasingly desperate circumstances.
I'm seriously going to have to stop making recommendations here. The PSX was a great system with so many nostalgic games that I could keep on rambling.

Persona series is on the PSN I believe. All my favourite PS games aren't on the PS4 yet and require a physical copy. I've actually started tracking them all down so I can play them again.

Suikoden & Suikoden 2
Vagrant Story
Parasite Eve & Parasite Eve 2
Wild Arms 1 & 2
Legend of Legaia
Brave Fencer Musashi
Legend of Dragoon
Final Fantasy Origins, Chronicles, Anthology, VII, VIII, IX and Tactics
Silent Hill
Blood Omen: Legacy of Kain, and Legacy of Kain: Soul Reaver
Biohazard (Resident Evil for us yanks) 1-3
Legend of Mana (You should also try Secret of Mana for the SNES sometime too)
Azure Dreams
Edit: Oh dear, looking at other posts I can't believe I forgot Xenogears! I feel like I have failed.
There are tons I'm sure I'm forgetting atm. My PSX games are packed atm or I'd go shuffle through them for more good titles.

Koudelka - It's so f***** hard to find any horror jrpg. Everywhere only sweet fantasy world for kids >.>. I don't say they are bad but from time to time they could do more "mature" game or just jrpg not in fantasy world and without sims element (point at Persona).

Sheepdog & Wolf was GREAT fun! As were Crash, Spyro, MGS, the Res Evil games, Destruction Derby Raw, Vandal Hearts, the Army Men games, Bushido Blade, Tenchu Stealth Assassins, Tekken 3...
But if being too young for Tekken means you're not going to consider it, well, I probably shouldn't suggest any of these...

Guys, i was like 5 years old, too young for tekken, fps games and these xD
Well, with psx2psp I can play any ps1 games on my psp (soooo much nostalgia)
So, I remember myself playing spyro when I was really young, I've finished it yesterday.
I'm looking for some other good PS1 games which maybe I know but do not remember..
I remember these:
Spyro series
Crash series
Alfred the chicken
Stuart little 2
Tom and jerry
Aladdin
Sheep, dog n wolf (i think it's called like that) (or sheep raider)
ape escape
pacman
Oh and in my opinion PS1 games are great, today's games are boring games with only good graphics
