If I recall correctly, it was on that Sonic Mega Collection or whatever on ps3. The trivia listed for it was something like "Gold in this game doesn't actually have a purpose during gameplay. It's only use is to determine how fancy your grave will be".
I also got Shiren the Wanderer on ds, but I couldn't stand playing that game... bought it used, and the previous owner probably used a cheating device so all the previous high stats were just all 9s, and I couldn't figure out how to erase the records, just the character itself.

I didn't play enough to decide if it was hard or not. Just that adventurer journal or whatever that tracks "Most damage in a single hit" or "Highest Level in a Dungeon" was just a series of 9s. It gave me the option of resetting everything, but that just deleted my character and all items I found, the stats were still there.

Oh what was that game? SanctuaryRPG? Was fun. Made me laugh at times, especially the sheer randomness of your character's "background story"... but I don't know if I'd actually recommend it for game play. Though I haven't tried Black yet. Just the normal one I got from Groupees.

If TBS stands for Turn-Based Strategy, I don't see anything on steam labeling it TBS. Turn-Based, but not Turn Based Strategy. And don't know if the pc got released alongside x-box's release, but according to steam the release was 2014. Probably when it was added to steam.

You are right - I auto assume that everything labeled as "turn based" is either TBS or TBT. Still, there is a big difference between what I see on store page video / shots and what I see on your shots. Not saying that it's a bad game, but that I wouldn't enjoy it.

It's my fault that I don't check games enough before deciding to wishlist / buy them, but it really is too vague from what you can see in store. Again, it is my fault that I didn't search for more info, but I thought it is something like Disciples series (minus the castle management), not FF. Not saying that it's anything wrong with these games, but they bore me - and thanks to you I avoided a game I would have not enjoyed. :P

I also had a "Lifetime" Mempership. It was worth the money though, since it was pretty much the only game I played for a long while at the time (I also dislike subscription based models, so a one time down payment worked better for me). I do wish that companies planning to shut down their MMOs could modify their games to allow for offline play. Maybe add some LAN and some GameRanger support too :P

Ironic I've had Guild Wars almost as long as I've had Steam and yet never played it... though I think I also got burnt out on Free Realms shortly after the life time membership... maybe only a few months... with ps3 I was sort of hoping to draw my nephews and niece into it at the time but they weren't interested in it.
