When i Create A Giveaway It Must be One Of My Games ???

Iam new in this site and dont really understand the idea

  • how to get points?
  • how to recive slots for the giveaways?
  • and basiclly how i can win something?
    hope you can help me ( thanks for those who will :) )

Read the FAQ.

The giveaway must be a game that you have as a Steam Gift in your inventory or a usable key.

EDIT: You get points when someone makes a giveaway.

You get slots for giveaways when you make and finish a succesful giveaway. If the game is not recieved then you lose the slot.

EDIT2: Don't expect to win in a long time. Expect maybe 1 win around 1000 entries.

faq it's all in there. the giveaway slots are how many giveaways you can create at a time. You can enter any giveaway you have enough points for. Points are based on giveaways being made by people other than yourself.

You get points when other give away games.

You get slots by making giveaways.

You win by being randomly chosen on giveaways you enter.

And when you make a giveaway, it must be in your inventory, not your library.Or a key.

You need to delete that giveaway.

You cannot give away games that show on your game list either. There are only two types of games you can give away:

1) Games in your inventory (that have NOT been added to your games list). You must buy them from the Steam Store as GIFTS, and not add them to your account.

2) UNUSED Steam keys (not Desura, Games for Windows Live, etc) from stores such as Amazon or Green Man Gaming or from bundles like Humble Bundle, Groupees or Indie Gala.

You'd be well advised to read the FAQ before you go any further. If there's anything you don't understand, ask. Most on here are decent people and happy to help :)

Only Valve staff knows. As far as I know, they are not allowed to disclose the locations of wizards; those who do face the danger of losing their jobs and having multiple curses cast upon them.

You have to create a giveaway for the game u want.

For example Call of Duty Black OPS II.

Then CG will gift it to you.

The more entries got ur giveaway the more copies u got.

Ez isnt it?
