Send an email to their support (support@indiegala.com) and mention to them your problem. I just had the same issue a few days back and everything got sorted out in a day or two.

Last time I contacted IG support [about an overcharge], they locked my account, blocked my IP, and ignored my repeated requests [through e-mail, facebook, and twitter] to access my keys for half a year before deleting my account outright.

Just for the contrasting perspective :P

Ouch, that must've been a nightmare. Did you get it sorted out eventually? Good thing mine was just a case of rejected payment, probably wrongly flagged or something.

Nope, they never did reply to any of my contact attempts. Lost $35 of bundle keys :/

(While it's always a good idea to back up your games from any site, I especially, highly advise doing so for IndieGala :X)

Wow, that's pretty shitty of them :O I'll be sure to keep that in mind but wouldn't they just deactivate the key then?

Honestly couldn't tell you, but they'd likely have to manually scan the account and individually send in the keys for deactivation, that's likely more effort to screw someone over than they're willing to put in-
Then again, I'd have thought my situation too much effort [not to mention entirely irrational] had it not actually occurred.
I just wish I'd known it was a possibility, I'd have backed up keys before sending in the ticket.
[This is now something I do every time I send in a support ticket to any bundle site. -.-;]

Wow, this sounds like both a reason to keep backing up all my keys, and a caution against using IndieGala (already not a favorite of mine).

In "fairness", mine seems to be the most extreme example by far.
However, IG has apparently had a reliable streak of bad run-ins with other customers as well- usually just locking them out of account for a couple of months without reply, or not responding to broken key replacement requests.
Flip side, others have had.. well, customer support has apparently been fairly consistently rude or dismissive, but for happy hour mess-ups, IG has a habit of doing you good on the mistake, plus giving you extra copies as well.

So unlike, say, GMG, Valve, or Ubisoft support, it's not near-consistently terrible/a joke-
but it's certainly not something to brag about, either.
And when it gets ugly, it goes all in on it. :/

Yeah... That's a smart move to do. You live and learn, I guess, but seriously though, IG really screwed you over big time. I'll keep this conversation in mind when buying from them after this. Again, sorry for what happened to your keys.

What troubles me most is that presumably, having contacted them through multiple platforms, multiple people must have encountered the issue, and yet none of them did so much as a "Screw off" reply.

Here I am, desperately attempting just to access my keys, and they can't give me a moment's respectful attention.

Add in that it's functionally impossible to take an online, international company to call over such a thing [even just if it was an online company based in another state, I wouldn't be allowed to sue them except within the state they're based in- the travel expenses alone'd run me more than the $35 I lost :P].

It's a good reminder just how careful you need to be when using online services, because there's really no protections a lot of the time. :/

contact them on all social media platforms, they blocked my account after my first purchase on their website..so you can imagine the frustration, write on their fbage, they have 2 support mails if i remember correctly so spam those, don't hesitate to be rude if you paid money and see that you are being ignored, just know the limit. good luck
