Why i can't find a game I want to giveaway

I would like to give away this game http://store.steampowered.com/app/239450/ it's Gun monkeys, but when I try to search it I can't find it, is normal ?

Ps : I know it's a shitty game but you can still sell the card if you got the game; that's why I want to give to someone :)
