I found out first-hand that ribs DON'T grow back in Surgeon Simulator. At least, not naturally.

I used to be one on the 360 up until a contest where you try to raise your score by the highest amount in X days. I was playing simply awful games just for achievement points and it was just a slog of joylessness. Since then I haven't cared about achievements.
