Would you Mo?!
I was inspired by your post last year, sadly my facial hair grows too uneven and I started to feel embarrassed to go to the office like that, my culture isn't too open minded... but I will share some info about prostate cancer awareness on social media :]

Second year running I'm hosting a Movember thread.
For me it's very personal, because I've lost my father to prostate cancer 4 years ago, in the end of november. It was a terrible battle. Me and my brother were with him in every step of the way, starting a Mo when we found out about the disease, to show support and later to raise awareness and as another way to remember him.
Last year we showed great support to LSVL, who came though as victor in the battle with a rare form of stomach cancer. So glad he's doing great and hope his way is only to a better future.
In the last 12 months I've found out about some community members that are suffering from chronic illnesses, some having major surgery and some going through terrible tragedies in their lives. Know that you are in my prayers π Be strong!
Raising awareness about men's health, the Movember movement started 13 years ago in Australia, but now it's global initiative, spreading far from just prostate and testicular cancer.
For some time now it's focusing also on the mental health issues and raising awareness about how depression is a major problem worldwide.
If you are having any kind of problem, know that you are not alone!
Speak to a family member, a friend, a professional.
There are people that love you and will help you.
I've made a small train for all that have some Mo Wisdom (β©βα¨β)βββοΎ.* [Ended]
