No, it's over. You're a few days too late for that. Squeenix tweeted about it on the 17th and you had until March 18, 10am PDT / 5pm GMT to follow and reply. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Edit: search for Lara Croft giveaways, there are some that are still running. Even if it's only for one of the two titles, giving the timing, it's pretty safe to assume that winners will get a key that gives both games.

Yep, was a single key that gave you a bundle of 2 Lara Croft games and 1 costume pack.

There was no costume pack. On page 2 they listed the subs, plus I gave my link to my GF and on the account there are no DLCs for any of the TR/LC games.

I dunno about that, when I activated they key it said

Maybe it's a hidden DLC or something?
EDIT: It does add a Costume Pack, I checked on my library and it's there in the DLC section of Guardian of Light:

I stand corrected then, that is some weird type of DLC that I haven't seen before.
I checked your library, and other DLCs show up (Like FaceRig Live2D Module), but not that one. I checked GF's library in the same way, that's why it did not appear.
