Nope, this is under the eligibility section right at the start. 2 accounts - ineligible to enter. Simple as that

Don't think its allowed. Although its hard to check for VALVE, so I think if you act smart you wont get any problems.

Sure, but say you win the grand prize. They sure as shit are going to take a look at who won and whether or not they did anything "questionable."
But yeah, if you just enter and win a few crappy coupons or a free game here and there, then they'll probably never know and never care.

why wouldn't this be allowed? once you get a paid game (even tho its from the indie bundles), you can have as many accounts as possible. but if you want to trade your games or coupons, your account needs to be at least 30 days old and without any problems (bans etc.)

WAsnt it 90 days before you could trade? but anyways. I got all these things on my alt. But I got an idea. My brother has steam for some time and a game or 2. But he doesn't do anything with it. So I an get some of his stuff he gets. That's allowed right? I mean it's his account and he wants to give it to me.

Everything that is not prohibited, it is allowed.
Nowhere it's written that you can have only 1 account. Probably I must still have an account created years ago for Counterstrike, but who can remember it (and certainly I no longer use the email used for creating it). How many are there in the same situation?
You can trade gift only after a number of days, so i don't see a gret problem there.
Valve should have made coal untradable, but they choose to publicize their trading system and make it tradable (and I'm sure they were well aware of what could have been happened)

Actually it's allowed mods in steam forums said you can have as many acounts you want!
i made some acounts myself won games worth 100$ :)
you can send the games as a gift but they are not tradable for 30 days.... coals and coupons can be traded right after you win them

I wouldn't do it. Even though there's no clear cut statement saying you can't do this, it is said that there can only be one steam account per entrant (which kind of implies it). If you do it, the chances of you being caught are small, but if you do get caught, you can kiss your account goodbye.
Knowing my luck, I would just end up getting more coal and useless coupons. Not worth the risk of having my account banned.

So.. There are people out there with a bunch of alt accounts with a paid game on it that are getting the achivements to get more stuff.
I dunno if this is allowed
I got 1 alt that has been made some time ago and intrested to do the same. My question is. Is this allowed?
It's not like I'm going to make more alts for later of these things. Because that is stupid. I only will keep my main account and my alt.
People already did this stuff and I don't want a ban. So yeh.. Also don't think as me as a greedy person or I want everything. If not allowed then I won't do it. Looked in a steam forum topic but still not sure if allowed.
Answers please
