I wanted to solve those below using Google but I had no idea, what query should I search with :). I think they are simple issues, so you probably know what I have messed.

First one is the login window. Each time I launch Steam, I have to fill both the login and password over and again because Steam doesn't save them, even if I tick the 'Remember' field. I'd be happy if I could fix it so I don't have to type the fields over and again. Oh, I have to add that between using Steam on PC I login to my account using my mobile phone. May it be causing these fields on my PC to reset?

Second is the library. I want it to show the game icons but the Steam doesn't Remember my choice, and each time I reset the application (or just launch it), the choice of showing icons is off. How to set icons once for ever?

Well, thanks a lot for your answers. Regards,
Greg

Edit:
I have to add that I am actuallly using Steam Beta, I have reinstalled Steam some time ago to another location (that was time when the issue started happening).

First thing to do when you have any problem with Steam, quit it, delete/rename the "ClientRegistery.blob" file in its folder, and relaunch it.

Usually solves about 90% of the problems.

Unfortunately, this didn't help in any of two issues.

delete everything from steam directory except "steamapps" folder and steam.exe, open steam.exe it will download everything again but not the games (they are saved in steamapps)
make sure there is no read-only files

and make sure the box in steam settings "don't save credentials on this computer" is unchecked

if this doesn't solve, try looking for anything like antivirus or another programms, or anything else making the steam client don't save the settings on your computer, like limited account isssues and that

Try that "don't save credentials" box before going to the trouble of deleting and redownloading things.

Oh my god. It was really checked! U-U-U-ULTRA FAILAGE! Thanks for so much thinking everyone, that was my dumbassity that I didn't read the text carefully. While reading the text "don't save.." I thought that matching the box will make the data save...

Start steam as admin, so the client can save your settings. Start it normal next time and everything should work (source: had the same problem a year ago)

Do you have the beta on? That could be the cause.

Steam client does accept user/password as params, so you can add them to your windows shortcut.
I can not lookup the syntax right now. if I get home and remember this post, I will update it, or you could simply use google in the meantime.
But I don't know if the beta accepts the same params.
