Just login to ubisoft account (browser or connect) from wherever you are, the claim button will be somewhere in the store page

it wont let me get it because im in germany... even though im using the EU-Link

EDIT: it worked out in the end by going to the gemran store as they suggested and looking up the game through their search function

Try it via the Ubisoft Connect client or simply bing Ubisoft Store.
Worked fine here in Austria so it would be weird if Germany gets nothing.

The game also appears in the Ubisoft Connect launcher, under "Free games" as "Rayman Raving Rabbids - Giveaway". I just claimed it from there without any problems.
The game though, has some issues in modern systems. Fixes are listed here:
