it was given by some youtuber and the way some of them get keys is underhanded maybe that's why it got revoked.

quite a few devs send keys to youtubers to get the word out about the game ¯_(ツ)_/¯ the begging thing is shitty, but promotionally it's fine, a lot of niche titles do it to get buzz going

Because everyone always complain about how much trash is on steam: asset flips or overall just bad games, yet some of them are the first inline to grab a Free key of just about anything only to +1 their library or idle some cards for a few cents.
Seems they're contributing to the problem that they are disliking so much if ya ask me. Yep it will affect your account. You should contact support to change your feedback to not received for the time when it is all being resolved. Also you should contact the giveaway creator. Hopefully it will all turn out like with Oath of Genesis and the game will be back in our library.
