Happy cakeday.
If you generally bought them for your account anyway I would just try it. I personally use ASF for idling anyway so I also use it when I want to activate keys as it tells you which sub it is independent of if it worked or not. Those I then look up on steamdb.

I live in Hong Kong and I accidentally bought some keys (Resident Evil 4, Marvel’s Spider-Man Remastered and Hogwarts Legacy) when my US VPN is on, I notified that when I failed to activate my Resident Evil 4...
Checked SteamDB and confirmed that some subs of Resident Evil 4 cannot be activated in Hong Kong or only can be activated in US. For Marvel’s Spider-Man Remastered and Hogwarts Legacy, it seem that the keys from US didn't have region lock, is there any chance that I can activate them in my own steam account?
