Like skanda wrote - they must have open user reports, and digging through them takes ages as there is still nearly 14k of them and support members can't see them, only mods+. Though it was 18k month ago. So 22% less. I'd say it's great improvement.

Not to mention that other category is reduced from 1500 to 80 tickets and keep stable thanks to support members that were recruited 2 months ago.

People that were added last time as support members have only 2 months of experience. And being upgraded to mod give access to quite a lot more options.

So I'm sure people will want more time before being upgraded :P I surely wouldn't want to be promoted after 2 months, It's not enough time to see how certain cases should be handled.

But someone from old mods could be promoted to super mod, as everything is now handled by Ronix.

nice! i noticed the response time is crazy better. couple days ago i put in a reroll ticket. it got answered within like 10 minutes.

We have basically no backlog anymore. Response time should always be extremely short now (except for difficult cases maybe). And we certainly can do better than 10 minutes. I answered a few reroll tickets in less than a minute. ^^
