Undertale has a pretty great soundtrack. I've seen a lot of people who disliked the game but loved the soundtrack (the soundtrack is pretty big so I'll just give you some recommendations: Megalovania, Spider Dance, Ghost Fight, Hopes and Dreams).

Also, FTL. I love the theme.

Hmm, let's see... in no particular order (with playlists where I think they have too many good ones for me to list them all :P ):
Some from Castle Crashers.
Before The Echo (previously called "Sequence" before they changed the name), being a sort-of-rhythm game, has a nice soundtrack.
Hotline Miami (the second one is actually kinda weird in that it was technically made for the game but isn't actually part of it's soundtrack).
Serious Sam 3.
The entire (!) soundtrack of Giana Sisters: Twisted Dreams (seriously- every single... part? Song? Whatever, it's all nice to listen to).
Pretty much every Combat or Boss theme is Borderlands 2 (and I guess some ambient themes might be nice too).
All of Painkiller's Fight themes.
The majority of Devil May Cry 4 and Devil May Cry 3 fight themes and boss themes (and some other ones).
Half-Life 2's more action-oriented themes (if you can dig them out of all the ambient ones :P ).
This Intrusion 2 theme. (It's a rather small game.)
A bunch of Bullet Hell Game themes that probably automatically mark me as a massive weirdo for even considering to mention them here.
Quite a few themes from Hyperdimension Neptunia now that I think about it...
Almost definitely not what you're looking for- but I think most of Darkest Dungeon's themes sound super awesome.

RWBY's soundtrack is pretty awesome (though I'll refrain from posting the entire soundtrack since the guy who makes these videos likes to put in them screenshots from the episode during which the songs in question plays and I wanna avoid spoilers and stuff).
