First if they put wrong game then you put Not Received and second our great support staff is overwhelmed with tickets. They offer us this great site free and spend their time fixing our problems so just got to wait.
Edit: Also support staff are volunteers and spend time helping us for free. And in same boat as you I've been waiting for about a month and a half so someone can fix the negative rep I got from pissing someone off in the forums.

This is your point of view and I respect that, but I registered because I came across many generous people on steam and thought I should give back for the faith in humanity that has been restored. Thinking about people that only want to win and don't give back annoys me and I am in a shitty mood anyways.

+1 Share the love plus always put +2 level on giveaways since those are the best people to give to especially since level 1 easy to get to with a 1 cent game.

About second thing: you said, you won a giveaway today. Giveaway creator has 7 days to provide you a game so you shouldn't contact him before that time (stalk at chat etc.). Calm down and be patient.
Support do what they can but they can be overwhelmed with tickets.

Edit: Never mind it appears the giveaway creator has a few giveaways of the same key so he's assuming he's giving away key to someone else.

A) If a user gives you the incorrect key, marking the giveaway as "Not Received" resolves the situation. There's nothing really for support to do after that, in most situations.
B) Opening multiple reports on the same user increases the load on support and makes it less likely tickets get answered.
C) The user in question contacted support saying you blocked him, so obviously there's some miscommunication somewhere and you should try speaking to him on the giveaway page. The other users have marked their wins as received.
D) The user giving away another copy of the key doesn't mean he's giving away YOUR key. He gave away 3 copies, he likely has more.
E) User feedback is intended for trading only. Giving a user negative trade feedback for a giveaway is a misuse of the system. Please remove it.

2 months ago, almost 3, i won a Guns of Icarus GA. the retarded in question sent me instead a soundtrack key, said the site didn't had the option for such key so he had to mark as guns of icarus. He could have warned abut it in the GA discription but didn't, so i reported him.
NOW TODAY i won a giveaway for Robotex. This other retarded simply didnt send me the key, instead blocked me and gave it away again.
WHEN I WENT TO REPORT HIM I FOUND OUT THE FIRST REPORT FROM MONTHS AGO STILL PENDING
now in 2h the dement will giveaway my key and the staff won't do anything about it.
