i dont think you can do it on this site, but you can go from a giveaway page to the steam page for the game and add it that way

If you click the Reply button under a post, it will reply to the creator of that post also giving them a notification that they have a reply.
Also, as others have said you cannot Wishlist games from within the SteamGifts site, you can block games you do not wish to see Giveaways for but all wishlists must be made on your Steam account.
Also, your whitelist is used for Giveaways within the website. By going to a users profile you may Whitelist or Blacklist them. Blacklisting allows them to not enter your giveaways. To use your whitelist, when creating a giveaway simply select the Whitelist option under groups and make sure you click the Whitelist option in the Group list that opens up!

How can I add to my wishlist some positions? I mean about wishlist on the steamgifts.com. That's would be greate if I would can add only these position which are intresting for me. It's possible? Or I have to do it on my steam account?
