Definitely a buy from me! P.S. Can I buy the whole bundle and then giveaway the ones I don't want/have in my library?

Wow, what a great bundle. Sadly no Just Cause 4 or Shadow of the Tomb Raider , but there are really great games...

I know that this deal existed due to Square Enix emails on it, but it wasn't until this post that I made a concerted look into it.

Wishlisted games:
Just Cause 1
Tomb Raider: Underworld
Tomb Raider I

And the ones I have an interest in:
5 Tomb Raider 2013 DLCs
Tomb Raider: Legend
Tomb Raider: Anniversary
Just Cause 2 DLCs
Tomb Raider II
Tomb Raider III
Tomb Raider IV
Tomb Raider V
Tomb Raider VI
THIEF and DLCs
Just Cause 3 XXL Edition and DLCs
Goetia
Rise of the Tomb Raider and DLCs

The entire bundle appears as $30.39 for me.

Checking the lowest prices from isthereanydeal.com for the above ones I want and tallying that up comes out to $27.46 and that's not even including the TR 2013 reboot DLCs and the Just Cause 2 DLCs... taking those into account it's going to go over $30.39 I'm pretty sure...

And then you add up the rest of the games... I'll give this a few days to fully decide, plus I need to figure out the order to play the TR games, Just Cause games, Deus Ex games (especially this one), etc.

It's very cool that 100% of the proceeds go to charity!

Checking price history doesn't do much since the contents change over time.
It used to have the Hitman franchise before squeenix disowned them, and Rise of the Tomb Raider is new.

When I did my search earlier I searched 'Square Enix Eidos Anthology' which had no results (to which I then searched price history for most of the stuff I'm interested in -- i.e. the ones I explicitly wrote above), but just now I tried searching 'Eidos Anthology' and well well well, that has a price history, interesting...

I bet that's a pretty good deal for people who want to get the whole package and have that kind of money to spend!
Me, I own everything from the collection that I'm intersted in (which is some 15 games, the rest costs 28,05€ for me. Huh, would think he price would be lower than that).

Eh... when they bundle their japanese titles, then I'll be interested :P

But this is an Eidos bundle, not Square Enix Japan. The modern SE is the fusion of like 3 or more 90's publishers, there's some separation still. It's like how Sega is made up of a bunch of branches (JP, US, EU, Atlus, Sammy, etc).

I know. I meant specifically when Square Enix makes a bundle of their JP games, then I'd be interested.

If I activate Temple of Osiris and Tomb Raider free keys that don't drop cards and buy this including DLC for both games, will they drop cards then?

Permalink

Comment has been collapsed.

No. You'll have to remove your current licenses for those games in order to repurchase them which will in turn increase the overall price.

Im worried that some of these dlcs trivialize the main game, is that the case with any of them?

The're headstarts more than anything but you can always disable/uninstall them if you don't want to use them.

Your transaction failed because you are trying to buy 'Dungeon Siege III: Treasures of the Sun' which requires ownership of 'Dungeon Siege III'. Please correct the error and try again.

Japanese Steam account? Seems like Japan has different package for Dungeon Siege 3, maybe they forgot to add that to the bundle. (Japan gets 4 exclusive DLCs, other parts of world could only obtain in limited edition)

Yeah, I'm just going to purchase the game since there's an option to ask for a refund.

Square Enix Eidos Anthology, huh? I'd like to be able to know the latest Tomb Raider games, but I'd definitely rather to know the Final Fantasy franchise if they made a Final Fantasy anthology. I mean, if I had money and my PC was able to run them, of course

Anyone knows as to which hour does the sale ends the 11th of May?

Couldnt find any relevant info about it

Permalink

Comment has been collapsed.

I couldn't find it either, but usually steam updates the sale prices during the evening (in Europe) of a given date. In my case it's 20:00 (GMT+3 or EEST), so you have to do the math for your local time. For example, if you are in Hungary that is 19:00 (CEST).

It says 30 EUR for me and when I go to buy it, it goes to 40 EUR, wtf? :D I got some of them but yet..

A few nice games, but some of them are still infected with Denuvo so it's a pass from me. Thing is, I would have bought most of those games anyway were it not for this bundled crapware.

Permalink

Comment has been collapsed.

Is it the historical lowest? Considering it is updated with some newer games. isthereanydeal says it was at 31$ but when I search for it in steam store it says 39.24$

Permalink

Comment has been collapsed.

It has been $31 in the past when it wasn't a "complete the bundle"-package, so it might/might not be historical lowest depending on how many games you own.

Permalink

Comment has been collapsed.

I have about 10 of those games and some dlcs so it is 27.97$ for me but I want to know your opinion, Do you think it is worth it to buy this or I should wait and buy them on like summer sale separately?

Permalink

Comment has been collapsed.

Depends on if the games you are interested in are cheaper separately or not. For example, the bundle is 20€ for me but only thing that's in there is for me uninteresting games and DLC, so it's not worth it in that case.

Permalink

Comment has been collapsed.

I have all that i want from them.
All the ugly looking old games, lara croft games and other ones that don't interest me are a no from me.
A few DLCs would be nice but not for the price of nearly 17€ at my site.

Anyway thanks for the info, the one or other will like this bundle :o)

I own 0 of these on Steam, so I'm almost tempted to bite. Unfortunately, I already played the two modern Deux Ex games, Tomb Raider 2013, Life is Strange and Sleeping Dogs on console within the past decade. I've been waiting to play Rise of the Tomb Raider, would love to revisit Pandemonium, and have always been morbidly curious about Daikatana, but I can't justify spending 36£ for that, despite it looking like a cool deal overall.

They want 19,90€ and the only worth game that I'm missing is rise of the tomb rider. Nope.

PLEASE READ
Bought the bundle, but some items are missing, like "Lara Croft and the Temple of Osiris - Hitman Pack" and Just Cause 3 XXL Edition

Going to Just Cause 3 store page https://store.steampowered.com/app/225540/Just_Cause_3/
shows Just Cause 3 XXL Edition at 0.00 EUR and a button "Add to Account"
Just Cause 3 XXL Edition contains "Just Cause 3 - Firestarter Customization Skins" which is free and "Just Cause™ 3 DLC: Air, Land & Sea Expansion Pass" which is 14.99 EUR.
But Add to Account gives error There was a problem adding this product to your account. Please try again later.
So I go to https://store.steampowered.com/bundle/7598/Just_Cause_3_XXL_Edition/
Add to cart, then I add another cheap game https://store.steampowered.com/search/?sort_by=Price_ASC , then I pay and then I see I own Just Cause 3 XXL Edition AND Just Cause™ 3 DLC: Air, Land & Sea Expansion Pass
