I didn't understand the reason behind this.
Are you not sure about using sgtools?
Are you facing any issues with sgtools?
Why I am asking this because as far as i know sgtools working perfectly, apart from some concers of privacy issues as you need to login with you steam account and it has to be a public account. Though I personally do not have an issue with that.

Does it work?

It didn't work at first for me. I had 0.83 ratio when I first tried, but it kept telling me I had 0.75. A GA ended today and it went up to 0.92 and now it works.
