If the error after PayPal says that the game isn't available in your country, that's because nuuvem checks your country in PayPal account. No VPN will help with that, sorry. It doesn't do this with every game, so you just have to try.
But I would recommend you one thing: VPN isn't really safe. Use VPN to get to paying and when PayPal login opens, turn off the VPN. Sign in and then turn VPN on again. And if you want to be really sure, change your password afterwards ;)

Does anyone know if the Total War Grand Master Collection is region locked? It's not mentioned on the page, but according to SteamDB a SA version exists: https://steamdb.info/sub/33518/.
For the Master Collection there actually is a note that it can only be activated in South America. So now I'm wondering if they just forgot to add this note to the grand master collection or if it's region free.

Can someone tell me how to buy Xcom 2 on Nuuvem please ?
I tried with EntroPay and the argentinian paypal account but didn't work. When the payment starts, I have this message : " Operation cancelled. At least one product in your cart is not available for purchase in your region."

He's saying the key can only be activated in Brazil. From the screenshot, I can discern that you live in a country in the Central European Time zone (France?), so even if you managed to buy it, it will not activate for you.
Unless of course you if you NEED it (No idea why you would), you need to use an actual VPN program (Hola did not work on Nuuvem when I tried using it and is vulnerable to exploits). I recommend using SoftEther VPN. But since it didn't work for you, you can try clearing your browser cache and cookies, use a different browser entirely, or change the VPN to connect to a different country in South America. From what I have heard, Argentina works very well.

From the information I've gathered on Reddit (I have not made any purchases on Nuuvem, except for the free games), Some games are Paypal locked and some are not. Paypal lock means one must enter a valid South American credit/debit card number in order to proceed with the transaction. So just try it and see if it works or not.

If you really WANT a particular game, you can try the method in the link provided in the original post. I don't know anything about it as I have never used it before.

Don't bother trying,even if you'd get the key the key itself would be region locked and so you couldn't play it anyways ( unless you plan on living in brazil in the near future :P )

I bought Mad Max and Alien: Isolations (+ season pass) on Friday. Mad Max activated without any problems, Alien on the other hand needs VPN help - so that game is region locked. I'm from Estonia (EU tier 2???).
