Xolla is validating location if you are using amazon pay. It happened to me as well. Then I used my CC and it worked. They send a code to your mobile or email to verify and to process the payment.

I tried Paypal, Amazon and CC. Nothing worked. And I'm actually in Canada without any VPN.
I've made purchases from D2D and through Xsolla in the past (can't remember if that's what D2D was using at the time) but something's wrong with buying from D2D now. I had made a ticket with D2d last time (in june according to my emails) but I was told to contact Xsolla's support and, well, forgot to do it. (The sale was over so I lost interest) I contacted them this time around but of course, even if they get it fixed I will still have missed the sale.

I finally got an answer from Xsolla's support today.
Apparently they marked my account as compromised after I disputed a suspicious transaction last december. I'm taking the required steps to re-establish my ability to purchase with them.
