You could try Dream of Mirror, the job system is the most involved and customizable I have ever seen in a MMO. You get all classes on one character and can mix and match subjobs from what you've already leveled. It's what FFXI should have been. If you can get past the goofy looking cell shaded graphics it's worth a look.

I've been playing this Ragnarok game on mobile, and I remember playing a different Ragnarok game years ago with the same concept, though I can't remember if it was the same game. It's got me hooked into it and now I want to play more games with the same concept which is picking a class or starting as a novice, and ranking up to become a higher form of that class.
I've seen people talk about Tree of Savior, but I've seen people say it's a bad game.
Does anyone have any ideas?
