Searching for Bioshock Infinite PS3

Hi guys,

I'm looking for PS3 Bioshock Infinite, to offer as a birthday present to a brother-from-a-different-mother of mine.
But since i'm a pc guy, i don't know much online stores where i can purchase it for a nice price.
The game need to be shipped to Portugal (Europe), so that cost need to be taking into care.

That's why i'm looking for you help!
Can you please point me to a a few good cheap and trustworthy stores?

Amazon and Groupon have it for $19.99 right now I am unsure of the shipping to Portugal
