2. If you've won a game you don't want (why did you enter??) before activating the key, ask the creator for a re-roll to let someone else who does want the game win it. If you do activate the game, you must not hide it on Steam as that would be in violation of SG rules, and you could get a suspension.

1. They have seven days to confirm and mark the game as received. After seven days, you can send support a ticket requesting for feedback to be given.
2. Why did you enter a giveaway you have no intention of wanting or keeping? If you have not seen the key, you can reject the gift and ask for a reroll. If you have seen the key, you can still ask for a reroll as long as you have not used the key but the creator may have problems if the key does not work.
3. I don't use discord so i cannot be sure but as far as i am aware of, there is no official discord channel.
