Don't really know where to start with this, tried decoding the address and sniffing around the code of the page, but basically I don't know what I'm doing!

Yup, so major tip here. A website is normally meant to be connected to. But this one isn't. So then what's the point of this one? Think from the mind of the creator of this quiz, not your own.
