Dxtory wont record and there forums are down

So i am trying to record with a buddy and i thought theres no other place to go other then here and heres my error message

Use OBS instead? What feature or features are missing from OBS that are in Dxtory?

I haven't focused on that particular feature in OBS, but I know it can write to file and you can also select what type of compression you want to use for the saved file. That should be able to support your gaming needs. :)

It's a simplistic too more akin to fraps than something more full featured like obs. You have to pay for it too. smh

I'd suggest Game Booster instead, under the screencast tab you can adjust the resolution and quality to a lower level for smaller file sizes, and still get easy 1-click recording.
