SG Error? It says I have 0 groups(though I have lots)

Has anyone had the same problem?
I can't enter some giveaways because it says I'm not participating on the groups.. then I tried syncing, but it doesn't list any group I am in.

resync until your groups are back

Sync issue. SG is working funny lately. Just resync until it gets all your profile info right.
