Hi

I just went through the DLC for Saints Row IV and couldnt help but noticing that the Game of the Century Upgrade Pack only costs 2,49€.

So
Saints Row IV at 3,74€
and
Game of the Century Upgrade Pack at 2,49€

are Cheaper than the Saints Row IV: Game of the Century Edition itself at 9,99€
So am i missing smth here?? is there DLC in the Edition that isnt in the Upgrade??? or just and oversight at Valves behalf??? XD

You're not missing anything. The game and the Upgrade pack separately are cheaper than the Saints Row IV: Game of the Century Edition.

You're not missing anything. The full price of the base game + upgrade pack is 19.98€. The full price of the complete edition is 19.99€. The upgrade and the complete edition are 50% off, while the base game is 75% off. This leads to a significantly lower total price on a separate purchase.

i know where the difference in price comes from... was just wondering why you would price them that way...

I think I see what is happening in this one... Saints Row IV always was everything at 75%.
After latest humble bundles they probably saw that too much people had Saints Row IV basegame...
So, they raised the price of GOTY Upgrade. :D

I've seen this happen quite regularly with different games, they just offer a bigger discount with the base games making purchasing them separately cheaper. It is a bit weird, I don't know why they don't just match the sale percentage, it makes it pointless to by the complete game.
