Don't know about hidden Gems but there were and are some good deals here:

Happy to help. I also got it for little over a dollar because of regional pricing. I hate how they priced borderland 2 DLC's though, I am only missing those from the entire series and in mood to pay that much for them.

This is a terrible stationary/rail shooter that uses the Rambo license in rather unique ways. It used to be quite infamously terrible two years ago, but for some reason it faded out of the collective consciousness, like Ride to Hell—only this game never disappeared, but it was rediscovered a few weeks ago, when it first went under 2 dollars.
The funny part is that for this price, it may actually be worth it.

It used to be one of those infamously terrible ones. I don't know why was it forgotten, it is quite memorably terrible. I may get one for myself to replay a legit copy for the kicks.

This is one of my favourite RPG's of all time. It's very old and has weird combat mechanics, but it's such a great game still! It's only like 2.50 right now?

Gave it a shot, but it didnt really have that X-COM feel I was looking for. Still a very decent game in it's own. But, to be fair, that new XCOM lacks the same feel as well.
