Tropico 3 not in giveaway list

Trying to make a giveaway for Tropico 3 steam edition and it's not in the list, theres only tropico 4, 5, one, and trilogy, a bunch of DLC, but not 3. Yet I see TONS of them being given away right now.

I did get two "gift" keys from HB, but I'm holding on to them for now since they're still good to redeem until October 6. Hopefully the game can be valid to give away again after HB stops offering it for free and before the 6th...

(EDIT) Of course, if doing this is against SG rules...well, I apologize for bringing up the idea (-shrug-) =/

Actually I bought it some time ago as a gift when it was on sale. Saw it was free so thought now was the best time as any to give it away.

Guess not.

Used it and added it to my account now, no point in keeping it as a gift anymore. Thanks anyways.
