yeah i know..but everyone has dota and there is also a dota bot that gives free invites. and since those invites are easy to obtain imagine how much dota 2 giveaways will be on steamgifts if they will be allowed

I also asked that. DOTAA 2 is a beta of a free-to-play title that is freely available to everyone, and, as such, will never be submittable as a giveaway. That's what said. and it's because of this account: http://steamcommunity.com/id/dota2bot
