saints row iv vs saints row the third

People say that the third is better. But from my personal experience, I hated the third and loved IV. In SR4 you have super powers, how is that not cool?

Both are awesome

SR 4 kinda assumes that you played SR 3 already in its story and the way it handles the characters.

Also, SR3 is a good middle ground between the more real life like GTA and the absolute super hero madness that is SR4. :))

All in all, like many before me, I'd advise to play both eventually, but if you have to choose now, then start with 3.

Third is better, 4th with superpowers makes the game last less.

I myself liked Third better. IV just feel forced to be weird at every turn and wasn't so fun for me.

I'd say get Saints Row IV, I think that this one has more players than the Third
But basically you're just choosing from plot from The Third or IV.

IV = best

The are two different games, both are great. SR3 is like GTA but fun instead of serious. SR4 is a super hero game :)

Played both, enjoyed Thied more Although running faster then cars and up walls was cool

SR3 is more GTA. SR4 is more aliens.

I really liked the Third. I thought IV was good, but it also kinda felt like it should have been an expansion pack for the Third. It felt grindy because I was just repeating a lot of stuff from the Third.

If you feel you have to pick one I'd say go with the Third. But frankly get both if you can...
