Its true, i ranked up to master guardian elite after lose a game and already dropped from distinguished master guardian after a victory... Counter Strike GO ranks are a Point based rank, and there are to much thing to consider, KDA, objectives (bombs, defuses, etc)... You should know some things like, u lose more points if u save a weapon as CT and let the bomb explode than go and try your luck even if you die, because you are not playing according to the objective... Things like this counts more than simply a good KDA. There is the Objective tab right after the KDA tab, you most likely saw people who have better KDA than you and still behind you thats because you got more objectives, planted more bombs, defused, defused(with kit)... There are so much info and ranks are really complex, but what i tryed to explain here is that your KDA will not grant you ranks...

i started out being silver elite master, you can rank up even if you lose, the reason youre not ranking up is cause youre prolly still not ready to rank up

wah wah wah everyone's a noob, it's their fault, not mine
Sorry OP, but that's all I'm hearing.
You sound like the guy I recently played with in competitive, he was on last place with a horrible K/D ratio but called me a noob while I was leading quite a lot and then ragequit.
Besides, it's just a game OP, someday you'll rank up. Or just get a new account, buy CS:GO again and then start automatically with a higher rank when you've won your first 10 games

" he was on last place with a horrible K/D ratio but called me a noob while I was leading quite a lot and then ragequit."
Whatever you're saying, I'm not that type of guy.
And I don't know why you guys are coming "agressive" at me. I'm just asking for a few people to play with me. that's it.

It's because typically the type of people who care that much about their rank are that type of player. My suggestion is stop worrying about your e-peen and stop playing competitive. It's a lot more fun not worrying about having a bad match or if who you're playing with is good enough to lift you up.

That wasn't aggressive at all, mate. Sorry if you think it was though

Depends if you're top team in every match you play.
And honestly, it's better to play in silver rank with noobs than global elite, trust me. Atleast with silvers you can kill someone.
Above gold nova rank II you will think that anyone is cheating.

it doesnt matter how many you win, there are that many bad players out there its bound to happen, and hours mean nothing
me 750 gets owned by someone with 250 hours - wanna know why
he had more skill than me, im mge/ dmg depending on the day but with all the smurf accounts and other shit, hours are irrelevant, without being offensive, you are just plain bad at the game, i mean i could use the cz pistol and still never be a silver rank, p90 rush scrubs, dont try an piggy back of higher rank players, find some silvers, improve together

"I won 212 competitives, I have over 350 hours and I'm still silver 4 because I'm always stuck with noobs. I need people who are able to play with me so I can rank up easier. I'm no noob, and I know pretty well how to play. If you're interested, feel free to add me."
Okay, so my guess is you won 212 competitives but still, wins do not much skill. Try grouping up with people. I have played in a bunch of LANs with my team and have won couple of them in different CS versions (mostly Source and GO).
Second of all, how do you explain "I know how to play" yet you are stuck in Silver 4 ? Knowing a few call outs does not make your game sense increase. Sound and aim is the most standard things people need to improve. Practice is of course the only way.
Last but not least, stop playing Match Making. I highly doubt you won "competitive tournaments" by only playing Match Making and casual. ESEA pugs and FACEIT pugs and all those are the ones that improve you.
Just a heads up, I'm DMG, going back and forth with my rank (going LEM and deranking again). And never forget LAN >>>> Online.
EDIT: Also, this isn't about me bragging or anything as I don't really like people who brag, just giving you a few tips and it takes time to get used to the game to be honest. I've played about 750+ hours and still there are many things to learn.
