Games with good gore effects?

I really enjoyed Serious Sam 3!!! It's more like so gory it's funny but I enjoying shooting the brains, and snapping necks, and pulling eyeballs out of monsters, the melee attack effects are awesome funny!

Dwarf Fortress : In case you want that blood to be baby blood, and you want to make a pool out of it to drow your ennemies in. You might shoot them with arrows while they are in the pool. Then activate a lever and the pool will be emptied into a room full of giant spiders. Or angry dogs. They might get zombified and then be used as training partners for your dwarfs. With brains splashing out, biting, kicking, tearing apart an ear, budging out an eye or two... Stuff like that...
