Are you happy of the current method to make GA?
If you haven't tried the bulk giveaways import in ESGST you owe it to yourself to try it... making 5 GA or 500 GA is basically the same amount of work. Set the options, paste a list of game names + keys into the box, and watch the magic happen.

Sorry, I was at lunch. In ESGST settings enable the "Multiple Giveaways Creator", then go to the create giveaway page as usual. You should have a new step zero which is "Create Multiple Giveaways".
If you want to make a train, turn on that option and it'll link all the giveaways together; otherwise if you just want to make a bunch of giveaways turn off that option.
Now fill out the rest of the page (skip the game/key part), this is setting up the characteristics that all of the giveaways will have. I usually set the starting date/time to be in the future a bit, just to ensure they all start at the same time. Any description you put in, level, groups, etc. will be applied for all the giveaways.
Finally go back up to the top, at step 0, and click the "Import" button. A text entry box will pop up. You can read the help for more details but basically one game + key per line. If you want to manually send gifts/keys later, you can just put the game name and omit the key here.
The name of the game must match the steam store name. As it processes, if it encounters a game that's not a match (or cannot be given away) it'll stop at that point. You can edit the text to fix (or remove) the offending game, and resubmit and it'll pick up where it left off.
Have fun :)

Bump!
I agree this update with stars was the best in recent time. Now everything worth only 15% of it's face value is marked with star!
And creating a lot of GA for some train/puzzle may alone take few hours or more. Really, remembering options from previous GA could be great.

From what I've seen: if there is a script that does something useful, the site will not be updated; users are just expected to use the script.
I don't know if cg has ever said anything publicly, but he certainly seems to be okay with scripts replacing actual site features in most cases.

there are many scripts that are used to tell if a game has ever been bundled. now there is a * on the games which is considered 15% of its value, so i think things can get updated. moreover, making ga is the single most important feature of this site, so i think updating this feature so that it's easier to use for bulk GAs should be prioritized

Hello SGers!
Initially I was going to make some public GAs, but while making the GAs, I kinda got annoyed of having to click create a new GA each time I wanted to make a gib. So I was wondering, maybe it's time to change the GA making page so that it is much more efficient - especially when we want to make a long train. I'll admit, I've never made one which is longer than 10, but having to click to create a new GA each time for a new title is a bit tedious.
So, after all the recent changes, (I especially appreciate the new * on titles which have reduced value), maybe this part of the site should be improved, as it is the most important page imo. What I would like to see is something like being able to select several titles on one page, with individual key box below them if applicable. That said, I'm no expert in webpage coding, so if what im asking is too complicated, I understand.
Anyways here are some GAs (will hopefully make better ones during the next steam sale)
