So you’re not doing group giveaways after all. Lol. You should change your rules or close down your groups, don’t use it as a way to create whitelist-only giveaways. That’s like creating fake group giveaways so that you can get free advertising for ulterior uses of your groups.
It goes against Steamgifts purpose of group recruitment, if you’re only doing whitelist giveaways.

Like I said, this isn't how giveaway groups are meant to work, and it goes against SG's guidelines.

In this category you are allowed to promote your Steam group, corresponding group giveaways and events, and relevant products or services (e.g. a website with group information or statistics).
