PaySafeCards can't be transferred into your PayPal account. You can however try to add money from the PSC into Steam by using a different storefront. Try http://store.steampowered.com/?cc=si as that worked fine for me :)

its a shame certain countries dont support it, i've used over 200 eur worth of cards and not a single complaint.

well maybe one complaint, stores dont advertise if they sell them here, so you have to ask all the stores on their list (which is either inaccurate or the clerks werent informed.)

paysafecard is the only way for me to buy games on steam. without it i wouldn't be able to get anything on steam

We dont have this in brazil that's sad :(

I always use them, but the only downside is that you have to spend a fixed amount of money and sometimes your pins will have some cents left. For example when you buy on sales, even if the game costs 5 €, you have to spend 10 € on getting the PIN.

I use them to buy games every now and then as I don't have a paypal acc.
