I need to reenter my card details once more - here is what it says.

**I think that's what it is, just checked on the official website for Santander and its about adding a password when using online transactions, only at a few participating retailers.

That sounds more like a bank authorisation thing. It seems perfectly normal.

The second part must be the information tied to your credit/debit card, though be careful that the page is SSL secured.
