its weird i just started watching the golden girls a few weeks ago since it was on cable, can only watch 1or 2 a day as funny as it is.
a week or so ago i saw in the news how she was a few weeks from turning 100 and there was a big celebration planned.
then today i saw this in the news...
i dont usually give a fuck when famous people die, most of them are not worth the bio matter there constructed of. but Betty did do a lot of work for animals and i respect that.
as far as im concerned the death of the last golden girl is the final sign of the coming apocalypse. learn to swim

Same. I've been joking about it for years but I really feel that Betty's death is the end of an era. Possibly the era of humanity, lol. The Mayans were wrong by 11 years - Betty's death foretells the apocalypse in 2022.

ya, my calendar marks the death of mr Rodgers, the cancellation of PBS's Arthur, and the last golden girl perishing, as the end of (an era) time as we know it.
maybe its for the best. what would the world be without a man who gets home and puts shoes on, an sjw aardvark, and a ditsy old geezer(who helped animals).
