Few questions about giveaways

1.No,if you mean that steamkeys expire

2.You will get suspended if you don't give the game

3.He will get suspended if he does.It is kinda obvious if somebody marks the gift as not received and has the game

3. Take screenshots of what you send (mail/chat). Report for not activating the gift.

1. AFAIK they never expire

2. See 1., but if that would happen the winner can mark it as not received and you can get do less giveaways.

3. If he doesn't activate the key within 7 days you can report him, but you won't get the key back (but you can try to use it for yourself or give the key in the forum away if he hasn't activated it and wanted to trade it)

Keys never expire unless somebody activate it.

1. Game keys do not expire.
2. You can buy another copy of the same game, or tell mods about your problem.
3. Why should he do that? If he wouldn't use it you still have the game and again need to tell mods that winner refused his prize ;)
