DLC for a deleted game

I found this DLC on the Steam Store: http://store.steampowered.com/app/463990/Pterodactyl_Edition/
The base game is no longer available so I guess it was deleted by Valve. Therefore I think this DLC should be deleted too, no? It doesn't even have a price tag.
I reported the DLC clicking the flag at the right of the page and selecting the "Don't work" tag (it was the closest one to this problem) and explained the situation on the "details" box below. The devs ("Kut Stupid") don't seem to have an official page where I can inform them of this.
PS: No, I don't want to buy the game nor the DLC.
