Hey guys, today i found a chrome app called "Steam inventory helper" which has +9000 users. It's really great, helps quickly sell/buy stuff but i dont know if it's a legal thing since it gives you some advantages over other casual people. Any thoughts?

DO NOT USE IT BECAUSE ACCORDING TO THE FEEDBCAK HERE, IT MIGHT GET YOUR ACCOUNT BANNED.

well, for example you can sell 50 items in a bulk, automatically. if you set -0,01 it automatically places the item prices -0,01 less than the cheapest item in market at that moment. sorry for bad english

I'm pretty sure I've seen people punished for using userscripts that automate Market functions before, and I don't see how this is any different. Listing 50 items at once would be an easy red flag for an automated fraud prevention measure.

yea that's why i was a bit suspicious about this. actually it doesnt list at once, more like listing them one by one, as it can be seen from the video from author's youtube channel

Obviously it can't do them literally at once, but looking at that video it's still faster than any human could manage. Humans are much slower and more random, rather than the fast and consistent timing that script has.

I do remember a reddit thread where some people was saying that it's causing some bans/might cause some bans though. I'm refraining from using one atm until that gets cleared out.
