Suggest me a good anime.

I know of good animes but not ones that fall within your search parameters. That said, there are anime-style computer (and console) games that fit some of those themes (but not necessarily all of them): Date Warp, Magical Diary, Lucky Rabbit Reflex, Hakuoki: Demon of the Fleeting Blossom, etc.

I liked Azumanga Daioh, which has comedy and high school elements, but has very little (to none) romance. I intend to watch Maison Ikkoku which could fit your requirements a little better. In any case I can recommend Azumanga from my personal experience. ;)

Also theres angel beats. It's kind of school/romance related.
