i think once it is removed from the store it counts as 0 here since it no longer has a price so bundle or not won't matter from a CV perspective.

That's a different issue. The game it originally pointed to got a new appID and the old one is reported in an incredibly weird way. I don't know if this site can do anything about it.

According to https://steamdb.info/app/227600/ the lowest discount relative to the dollar is China where you can get it for 93% off the US price. That at least seems to keep it off the bundle list. :)

Er… the 95% thing is not exactly a rule, more like a generic guideline. In the end, the site's sole bundler makes this decision, and we have seen games ending up on bundle list for sales of that magnitude.
Sadly, it is difficult to tell the end result, because these individual titles on sale can end up on the list weeks, if not months after the fact. Literally only time will tell, but I am fairly sure that it will go on the list.

No, no. If you are comfortable buying 10 copies, with just a little extra effort you can get 15. Get those 15 copies and stop for a moment to think. If you are still ok with it, then think of getting 5 copies more.

It will disappear from every store but I believe for some time there will be a glut of available copies in the private market since it went on sale after announcing removal and a lot of copies (both keys and gifts) have likely been sold to speculators. Don't expect $100 prices anytime soon.

Depends. Some removed games can still be bought at various 3rd party retailers though this usually lasts until they run out of Steam keys.
To your second question, I would say no, at least for right now. The market will be flooded with copies and I wouldn't expect this game to be more than 10$ in a years time. For a removed game this is rather cheap, but it is still a decent profit if you are willing to wait.
