Can't entry on Dota 2 giveaways because have the spectator client instald.

Hello everybody.

A friend is looking forward to play Dota 2 but he can't enter on giveaways because he does have the spectator client installed.

Does anyone know how to fix that?

Ask valve to get rid of it, though they may not be that willing.
