Only if you pay using fraudulent methods, the real problem of g2a for their game keys and this one for South Park you can't know from where they got these keys to sell it after for big discounts, if they sell game for cheap prices they must get this games even cheaper, however Paypal is sponsoring them so I think maybe you can trust them, there are also users who can sell their game keys through this site, not in this case, but never buy a key that is not provided from g2a directly.

There will be always a possibility that who provides them this cheap keys got them not legally, and Steam can revoke this games (and idk what g2a does in this case, if they give your money back or not or you have to charge back or open dispute in paypal if you're in time), so it's not the best place to buy imo.

they can't revoke keys, but their keys can get revoked (and its not that uncommon)
